The IHIA, FBI, and the Mesa Police Department will present the Cold Case/No-Body Homicide Investigation & Prosecution Course from October 30 - November 2, 2023, in Mesa, Arizona, at the Mesa Police Department.  The cost is $410.00, which includes all training materials, IHIA membership, coffee each morning, and a networking event.
