The International Homicide Investigators Association (IHIA), in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Division and the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group, the Middle Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network® (MAGLOCLEN), Alexandria (VA) Police Department, FOP D.C. Lodge #1, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Atlantic County Prosecutors Office (New Jersey), cordially invite you to attend the 22nd Annual IHIA Training Symposium, in Washington, D.C.

The Symposium is designed to provide educational training to federal, state, local, and international homicide investigators, supervisors, police chiefs, sheriffs, crime analysts, forensic scientists, prosecutors, coroners, medical examiners, and other professionals involved in the investigation of violent crimes and deaths. This training includes the latest techniques and methodologies in solving crimes against persons. During the symposium week, several evening special events are planned including private tours of the U.S. Capitol Building and the Washington Monument, viewing the Sunset Parade at the United States Marine Barracks, as well as other memorable activities.
