Payments: Cash or Personal Checks, all major Credit/Debit Cards, are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days for all event registrations, unless prior approval is obtained from the International Homicide Investigators Association, Chief Financial Officer.

Refunds Policy: The International Homicide Investigators Association  ("IHIA") has the right to terminate any event registration or membership dues for any reason, including the ending of events or memberships that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where an event  or membership is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused event services, shall be refunded. 

Cancellation Policy: Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax,  will be acceptable.
